Linux server refuses to start when a mod has version 0.0.0
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Linux servers gets stuck when launched with a mod with version 0.0.0.

  • On first launch it will start and finish the download of mod with console message " Addon Download started ...". After that it will be stuck.
  • On second and later launches when the mod is already downloaded it will just be stuck at console message "Starting dedicated server using command line args."

I have not tried to reproduce it on Windows (yet) but I assume this will behave the same.

As soon as you update to 0.0.1 or higher the servers can launch.

I imagine there is some comparison that fails for fully zero version.

Hello dahlgren.
The problem has been fixed internally and the fix will appear in one of the upcoming updates.
