Loot respawning in clumps, destroying loot distribution, because Restock timer is set to 0 by default
Reviewed, NormalPublic

Description

So the restock timer is set to 0 by default for any item and server.
This causes items that have been looted and reached it's "minimum of items" to be restocked to "nominal" value in an instant, meaning, it will spawn the same item several times at once, always in pretty much the exact same location, not spread out across all possible spawns.

So either the restock timer is not working properly, or it is working as intended (I guess?), but doesn't distribute loot properly, resulting in clumps of one single type of item across the map.

Hello MarkHollis.
The clump spawn behaviour has nothing to do with the Restock timer as the Restock timer is actually not being used (and thats why it is on 0).
