Happened to me too, couple of times now, actually.

Very first time it happened right after 1.18 update. I joined server just fine, started with coast drill after few minutes game went stuttering - almost like frame freeze every second for a second or more. Got kicked out of the game due to unstable connection (connection was good I verified by pinging server IP in the background while it was happening). Rejoined server almost immediately the same behavior - stutters and frame freezes into kick from server. Initially I rebooted PC, removed temp/cache files of DayZ + removed profile/config files and re-tried - didnt help - still the same. I figured I should verify game cache integrity via Steam (its good practice after patch anyways) and this helped.

Everything was good since verif. for a week or two when suddenly, just while playing, nothing else going on with PC in the background was going through forest so theoretically no demanding activity when all of sudden frame freeze, stutters, kick from the game and again. Verification helped again. Friend of mine started to have this problem too, verification fixed it for him too.

Unfortunately since I have a habit of deleting logs/cache/profile etc while troubleshooting, I dont have any recent log of this crash. If this happens again, I will update this thread.

Hey a small update on things I have tried to fix it with aswell.

• Reinstall - removed everything and new installation.
• Remove profil config - and make a new one.
• Have done all the verify game cache integrity via Steam stuff aswell multiple times (my friend with the same problem has tried this aswell)
• I have tried to move the installation between disks ( moved location from one disk to another )
• I have also scanned my disk's and RAM's to make sure they worked. No issuses here.
• I have tried to set parameters in the luncher also.

None off these things seems to help.

But some times it does go past the "frame frezze" and then I can play.... for a bit of time. Then it happens again and it will close the game.
I have never had any troubles with running DayZ before. I have played about 800hours without a crash...

My friends system is -

Intel 12th gen CPU
GPU is Geforce 3080
RAM 32Gb

It also have to be said its both on official servers and mod servers.

I just noticed that every time i vertify my game files - its says all 671 files are validated.

But i can see on my steam download that it starts to download 4,4GB.
And it does this every time??? always 4,4GB even when it always says all files are validated??
