Description

on a dedicated server, If you access an Arsenal by double-clicking on it in Vicinity rather than by pressing "F" to access the Arsenal directly, any US vest you equip by RIGHT-CLICKING will report being at 200% carrying capacity and be unable to accept any items. DRAGGING the vest to your paper doll slot instead of right-clicking will, however, show the correct 0% carrying capacity and will allow items to be placed in the vest normally.

This behaviour is not exhibited by the FIA or Soviet vests, nor is it exhibited in a local, singleplayer Game Master session.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. join a remote (dedicated) server session
  2. approach a US Arsenal Box
  3. drop any currently equipped vest
  4. press TAB and select the Arsenal Box from Vicinity (note: this is often done to prevent the "whack-a-mole" bug where items selected normally from an Arsenal Box swap location at random)
  5. RIGHT-CLICK any US vest (for instance, "Alice - Grenadier") to equip it
  6. notice that it equips, but shows 200% full capacity
  7. try to drag something into it. the capacity changes to 60% but the item cannot be placed in the vest
  8. remove the vest. it is permanently bugged and it you try to reequip it from the ground, it will still say 200% full
  9. DRAG any US vest from the Arsenal onto the paper doll
  10. notice that it behaves as expected, showing 0% full, and accepting items dragged onto it
