I have some old presets I wanted to remove, however when I remove them through the launcher, they return on the next start up.
Seems that going to your Local App Data Arma 3 launcher folder is the only concrete way to remove them.

Steps To Reproduce
Make several random presets.
Close launcher
Restart launcher
Delete some random ones. (Make note of them)
Restart and see if they are still there.
Additional Information
I have to go to: C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Arma 3 Launcher\Presets to manually delete the ones that get stuck.

The preset "Zombie" was deleted through the launcher however the file remained physically there.
I also tried this running launcher as administrator.
