If an entity is placed in a layer, and this layer is within another layer and the transformation gets disabled for both layers, enabling transformation again for both layers will not immediately show the entity icons.

Steps To Reproduce
- Place an entity
- Place entity into a layer
- Place that layer into another layer
- Disabled transformation for both layers
<Icons are gone, as they should>
- Enable transformation for both layers
<Icons are still gone, entity is selectable though>
- Disable transformation and right away enable tranformation again for the sublayer
