The current inventory size of the first aid pouch is a bit small to carry all your medical needs. It has a 9 slot inventory, 3x3 space
I think it should have:
• 12 slots, 4x3 space (Same inventory size as a protective case)
Make it so you can attach First Aid Pouch to Belt!
• "Civilian Belt" should hold (First aid pouch, Canteen and Knife Sheath)
• "Military Belt" should hold Pistol Holster, Canteen and Knife Sheath or Field Shovel (If added into game)
First Aid Pouches are rarely used by people.. It would be cool if they can be attachable to a belt, but you have to sacrifice a slot (like the holster for example) it also needs a bigger inventory size like 12 slots.
Dayz Underground has a great example of this!!
They have a mail pouch that connects to the Canteen slot.
It literally can only hold paper items and 1 pen.
Paper being books, paper, maps.
I liked it so much I decided I'm going to be the Mail Man 😂

Quality of life features like this are whats missing
An option could be having a rarer military-grade FAK item (with expanded slots, medical items only) that can be attached to belts, possibly using a retextured claymore pouch as a model - and has the same expansion style as the Smersh Vest Backpack.
If belt slots are multi-attachment (ie Tool Holster/Pistol Holster, Knife Sheath/Arrow Quiver) then this might be a good alternative for the canteen slot for players who want quick access medical as a tradeoff.
