When Hovering over an Item in the Inventory, the Tool Tip on the bottom right shows to hit "G" to drop stuff from the inventory on the floor.

When equipped with an Radio, it will instead open the Radio Select Frequency menu instead and not drop the item on the floor.

When not equipped with an Radio, it will drop the Item as expected.
