Using the game: SQUAD as a reference has some realistic mortar/artillery systems where teamwork is used to help the mortar dial in to the correct position.
Using an artillery computer is too easy for a "Conflict" game mode.

ArmA 3/ACE have set good precedents for Reforger:

Mk6 mortar charge velocities: 70, 140, 200 m/s
Sholef charge velocities: 153.9, 243, 388.8, 648, 810 m/s
Seara charge velocities: 114.8, 130.1, 148.8, 170.0, 193.8, 221.9, 255.0, 289.9, 329.8, 374.0, 420.8, 476.0, 543.2, 629.0, 715.7, 816.0 m/s

Needs to be complemented with solid map tools (like ACE, but better? Need to determine bearings and distances), finer map grid figures, and ballistic tables.
