When unequiping an Item, in this case the the Flashlight and, for example, dropping it on the floor or in a vehicles inventory, the Flashlight remains shown on the character preview of the inventory screen.

Additional Information
Closing and Reopening the Inventory will show the Character Preview in an updated state, without the lamp.
Fix would be nice to have a instant feedback onto how the inventory (equiping etc works)
