During multiplayer on Conflict mission, I am frequently (about once every 30 mins) removed from server with an error stating:
Session Error.
Internal error has occurred.
Do you want to join the last played server?

Errors are most common when attempting to respawn on a player with radio.
Is there any data dump or method to report when this happens?
