Steps To Reproduce
Pick up a smoke grenade from a shelf.
Press TAB to inventory
Drag smoke grenade to hot bar
Press TAB out of inventory
Press hot bar number (e.g. 3)
Grenade does not equip.

Further information - picked up the grenade from a shelf that looked like an asset drop .
Picked up 3-4 before attempting to add to hotbar.
