I got up from being uncon and pulled out my VSD and tried to aim and shoot, but my gun did not raise up and i couldn't shoot, I need to right click again to fix it and that wasted my time and got me killed sadly.

This bug is random, it can happen with any item in your hands or maybe items that are in hotbar only.

@Geez Im sorry im just very upset about this issue, I've been getting bugged like randomly and its annoying, I died so many times because of this bug. I honestly don't know what causes this hand bug. All i know is when i tried to aim my gun or knife my hands are not showing up, It is like im stuck and to fix it i need to aim again.

I can confirm this issue, unfortunately however I do not know how to reproduce it. Raising your gun with RMB is often times unresponsive, in that you have to let go and click it again, for it to actually do anything.
