The HMG variant does have action tho, so I think it's an object bug, not engine bug:

I also tried scrolling the mouse to see all actions to make sure it's not "hidden", and even tried crouching and going prone, but it doesn't appear at all.

You can get in via scripting though: player moveInAny staticWpn works, as shown in the video.
