The enableDebugMonitor server setting, when enabled, is supposed to show "info about the character using a debug window in a corner of the screen". This was working previously in DayZ 1.15 but I am no longer seeing the debug window showing when I enable the setting on DayZ 1.16.154535.

Steps To Reproduce
- Edit the server config (e.g. server.cfg) file
- Set enableDebugMonitor=1; in the config file
- Save the changes
- Run DayZ server 1.16.154535
- Connect DayZ client to the server
- Notice lack of debug window in the top-right corner of the screen

I find the debug window to be very useful for local testing and debugging. Please don't remove it!
