We didn’t try to reproduce but the first time each of us tried to dig up worms after playing and interacting with various foods, guns, doors etc, we both got stuck in place and had to jump to free ourselves. We were then both able to dig up worms successfully afterwords.
An hour or so later and running around looting, eating we stopped to fish and the same thing happened again. Both of us got stuck in place while digging worms and the action failed. After jumping we were both able to successfully dig up worms.
