This bug happened to me twice now. Usually happened when I was disconnected from the server due to "unstable connection" and then log back in. With my gun in the hand I just hold right mouse to aim and then the gun fires without me pressing left muse button. it only goes away when I swap weapons. Otherwise it just keeps shooting as soon as I aim.
