I recently reported School building windows having the same issue, so I noticed that PD also has the same issue.
Additionally the front main door also has glass that's not see through.
Fixing the glass window texture would also make camping on the stairs harder.

Again, not an important thing as it's not an issue that affects only some players but everyone, so it's not unfair just looks... bad.
