Sea Shader Visible In Front of Glass Textures

Description

When looking at the sea through the window of any building (I have attempted this with at least 10 different buildings from both Arma 3 Vanilla (no mods/optional DLC enabled) and custom assets) the glass texture is no longer visible when the sea is present in the path of that glass. The first image below is on a custom map/modpack, the second image is on Altis with no mods, and the third image is Tanoa no mods

All of these images are using the model "Land_i_House_Big_01_V1_F" but as mentioned, this happens in every single building I've tried this viewing issue on.

In this last image, the issue is much more visible. Notice how the center of the image vertically is still complete as the tree in the background is in front of the visible water while the rest of the glass texture just completely disappears:

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Spawn any building with windows and some sort of visible dirt/texture on the glass near the ocean
  2. Look through that window at the ocean and notice the issue
Additional Information

As this appears in both the base game and modded, I wasn't sure if this was an issue that could be fixed via changes on the map end.
