Hey,
both of the mentioned items above despawn when hold in hand or clipped onto a backpack after a relog.
I lost two handheld and two field ones this way. Makes communication on vanilla server a pain in the ass.
Other players are having the same problem on that server (Germandayz.de Vanilla)

Clip a receiver to your backpack and relog or hold a field transceiver in your hand when relogging.
I have contacted their support as well and they directed me here, since there are no mods on the server I am playing on.

We have tested the issue on our end but could not produce it based on the information you have provided. Is there something we are possibly missing that leads to the issue occurring?
