The animations of characters for all actions on the ground level do not look appropriate.

Description

Good day!
I've been waiting for 8 years for normal, adequate animation for any action at ground level to appear in Arma3.
Ground actions in the game are to "take something"/"put something"/"instal mine"/"deactivate a mine"/"inventory with a corpse", etc
All these actions should take place at ground level, but the characters in Arma3 apparently do not know about this - the soldiers will perform their manipulations with their hands well above ground level - at the level of their faces, sometimes even with their backs to goals! It all looks stupid and ugly, I would like Arma3 not to look like that. Everything in Arma3 should be logical and natural.
But, It doesn't look logical and natural!
I order to take the grenade from the ground, but the character stands with his back to your target and does not even bend over the ground to pick up the item.

Is it really that hard to add one universal animation for all ground actions?
Or so difficult to turn the character to face his goal?
Unfortunately in 50% of cases they stand with their backs to what they should be doing.

Resume:
Please make finally one animation for all actions that the character will perform at ground level, in this case they should always bend to the ground, if they are currently standing at their full height. Or he should just automatically transition into the crouch stance, before action on the ground surface level. Do something that is more convenient for you.
The current prone position can be exclude such rule. Also, if possible, make sure that the characters are not turned with their backs to their current actions.

Won't do.

@dedmen

I understand, I have proposed a very difficult task - It's like create alien technology)
But, dude would you at least write what exactly "Won't do"? What are the technical reasons? Or just not a desire?
