I feel like the hit marker has not really place in the game as it is right now. It is too arcade.
I think the sound and the muzzle flash should be the only thing that it guide you. Those two thing take some skill to master/

Red blood in the screen can be cool if I could see it in the character after a fight or even get blurry vision with some blood if I get shoot badly.

Right now as It is it s too arcade and takes me out of the raw brutal fights.
