Update 1.14 causes lag/desync

My modded server has performed fine with the 1.13 update and after the 1.14 update a ton of the community servers including my own seem to be having stability issues, many players including myself have experienced lag, desync, game freezing/lockup on a server, the games main menu and the server selection list. I have not pinpointed the cause of these issues yet and a few players have said it is the new event sounds for artillery/Heli spawns, others say it is the new toxic zones. It does not take much to lag down the servers due to Nitrado not being the best service and the limited capabilities of a PlayStation 4.

Roam around a large town area for a while and the issues will be greatly noticeable after 15 - 40 minutes of play time.

Most of the changes are made within the Events.xml, cfgEventspawns.xml and Types.xml, the Types file has a lot of loot at vanilla amounts or it is reduced so nothing crazy happening in that file and the changes in Events file are a follows:

Events xml:
Some animals increased slightly and still within the 200 range of the Animals Max Count in Globals.xml.
Plank piles reduced to 10 down from 50 and Bonfires is 10 down from 20.
I Disabled Trajectory Stones, Fruit and Mushrooms do to the Player Position tracking causing massive lag spikes on the PS4 they now spawn in as loot at 20 each.
I have my own spawn for the Wrecked Green Truck model, MI8 Heli, C130 Jet and a NPC, with all three together it is only 23 total items that will spawn on the map with no loot.
The only new events added recently is the items from 1.14

Eventspawns.xml:
Mostly has coordinates for the custom events added to it.

Also the game freezes several times before entering the main menu and it is not tied with my server, my PS4 has a lot of lag while running the game in the main menu after the 1.14 update.
I had no issues with the my server setup in 1.13 and the new events/items added into the server for 1.14 are the only major changes made recently.

what i got after 1.14 as a ps4 user:

90% of booting the game gives me a crash on title screen.

30% of respawns are crashing while loading textures.

loading in the server crashes to

all servers have massive frame drops

The issues with freezing in the main menu/after joining server are known to us and are being worked on, as described in the following ticket: https://feedback.bistudio.com/T161017

As for the other issues you experience with your server, if you make a backup of your customised xml files, and try to launch the server with non customised ones, do you still experience the same problems?

the thing is why we have to wait so long

I ran the above you mentioned and the lag reduced slightly in the large cities by 1 - 5 FPS, it increased slightly in areas outside of towns/cities do to the Mushrooms, Pears, Apples, Plums constantly spawning around the player... The results are not good do to the issue is with the 1.14 update, Nitrados poorly ran servers do not always help either XD

My current XML file setup improved the FPS before update 1.14
