This is a form to report an issue from the PC VERSION of the game - for Xbox/PS4 issues use their respective forms from the dropdown menu (delete this prior to creating the ticket)

My friend and I are playing on a modded server and having issues with blurriness occurring after opening inventory, ads'ing, shifting from 1p to 3p, opening map, and at random times unprompted. The blur effects the whole screen even after returning to 1st person or 3rd person, the effect is persistent at times. Its making gameplay hard to stomach when we are constantly having to switch the perspective of our characters to get it to go away temporarily.

note: We have max blood, food, water, and have used tetra/multivitamins. Have logged out and back in multiple times. It seems to have happened with the latest patch
