When performing certain actions WHILE holding down focus (zoom), the focus view briefly resets. I have listed below the steps to reproduce on three different type of actions that I've discovered so far.

Steps To Reproduce
- Hold down focus key while performing next steps.
- Perform action
--2.1. Fully eat any food. When the food is ate completely, the focus reset happens.
--2.2 Jump over a high object
--2.3 Vault over an object like a fence.
- Release focus key.
Additional Information
They may be other instances where this happens. Those three actions are the ones I have found so far.
