Since todays update in 2.06 RC Branch Arma3 exits immediatelly when trying to start it with the exit code

0xC0000139 - STATUS_ENTRYPOINT_NOT_FOUND

Previous version on 2.06 RC Brnach was working just fine.

When trying to start Arma3_64.exe directly in the Arma3 folder instead through the Arma3 launcher i get the error that DNSQueryEx could not be found in dnsapi.dll

According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/windns/nf-windns-dnsqueryex this function is only available since Windows 8.
