I've been working on this since August 14th,the first crash happend.I tried everything I can do(including updating Vredist 2013 and the driver of my Geforce 1660),but it just crashed and crashed.btw the crashing happens everytime I try to launch Arma 3,and it comes with game freezing.The game freezes on the screen with only the word "Arma 3"

Maybe i'll find a cracked version of the game and play it for a while.
Maybe you can get banned from here, too
1/ I hope you are trying to run the game without any mods
2/ Try a Steam game files cache check
3/ if this doesn't fix the issue, try renaming C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\Blu12\Blu12.vars.Arma3Profile (to e.g Blu12_backup.vars.Arma3Profile) and start the game

The issue was that "something" (a mod, a user mission, whatever) corrupted your profile and made it load indefinitely. So your game was fine, but your user profile was ill.
