Yesterday I found a four-digit lock-I set the necessary code on it. I closed the gate from the inside and left the game. I can't get out of my base today because I can't open the damn lock. Help please. you can remove the new lock, I have my old one for 3 digits in stock.

It is not in our power to manipulate items on the map in game nor see when the lock has been opened. (Therefore, we can not remove locks on bases, add new ones etc.).
If someone has figured out the combination and changed it afterwards, then there is nothing we can do.

Since you are on official server, joining another server on the same hive (for example, if the server is first person view only, joining another official first person view server) will reset the character position.
Alternatively you can provide us with a link to your Steam profile and we can move the character as well.

While I was waiting for your answer , I tried to open the lock using the selection method. and it worked for 3800+ combinations.
