Me and a few others have been unable to join some servers after 1.13 dropped and always get a battleye error message "0x0004x00F0 You were kicked off the game. BattlEye. (game restart required)" or we get "0x0004x0004 You were kicked off the game. Connection with host has been lost." I have attempted many way to try fix this but nothing at all has worked and I assume there are many others having said issue meaning they are unable to play the game at all.

Hello RossGodds.
You can check the error codes in the following documentation : https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/DayZ:Error_Codes
0x00040004 refers to your connection timing out.
0x000400F0 is either a kick from battleye or from the server admin (the latter applies only to community servers).
For the BattlEye error, you could try deleting the BattlEye files from your C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ\BattlEye (this is the directory with your game install, can be different across the users depending on where you installed your game).
then verify your game data and launch the game - Both of the BE folders need to be deleted in order to successfuly re-install BattlEye, deleting just one will not help.

Geez
Same issue. 0X000400F0 "BattleEye client not responding" and I get kicked from an official server. NY 4763 Livonia.
I have deleted the two BattleEye files, as above, and validated game through Steam which downloaded 8 files again. This does not immediately resolve the issue.
If I get back in the game, I'm unable to interact with my inventory items and items that I try to pick up leave a persistent floating text as I walk around the world. I can't open/close doors, as well. I'll be kicked with the aforementioned error code.
I do have a poor internet connection with high latency which causes frequent kicks as I hit above 300 ping.
Edit: After I've deleted and validated the above Battleye files, I am now getting in-game with similar behavior and am kicked with error 0X000400FA "Unstable connection".
I'm still getting this kick after the 1.13 Hotfix. Happened just now 09:15 EST (16:15 CEST) on Official NY 5204.
The BattlEye team won't even respond to my emails. I've noticed that the condition of my weapons is erroneous when I get this kick. My jacket, pants, rifle and SMG are listed as 'pristine' when they should be 'worn'. Two of four canteens in my inventory are filled when they should be empty. I can't interact with anything in my inventory. I can't drop my backpack from my hands. My gameplay has effectively been stopped until I can get killed by the AI.
This is on NY Official 5204 as of now.
I know that this task hasn't been assigned, but I'd still like to know how often this error is occurring on official servers. Has there been an increase of this kick?
I got the same issue too, it’s been 3 days I probably won’t be able to play DayZ again
Still waiting for one of the Bohemian supporters response
Hopefully this bug gets enough attention to get fixed
Been sitting all day with this issue. Tried verrifying files, reinstalled the game twice and yet the issue remains. Incredibly frustrating and hopefully this will be resolved shortly or else i'll probably throw my computer out the window.
I got this response from BattlEye
If this only happens on a specific server, it is likely caused by a server misconfiguration.
If it happens on all servers, it is related to your internet/network connection, which seems to have problems with the game's traffic. The BE kick is only the result of these issues.
Please try to update your network drivers, check your modem/router or contact your ISP for help.

I'm starting to feel this is a soft ban, as if there's some sort of hash check on your inventory. Poor internet with an incomplete hash to the server and that character can no longer interact with the server or any in that hive. This results in 12-18 hours of playing resulting in a soft ban. No thanks.
What do you think, if you keep getting those kicks and messages ("You were kicked from server. Client not responding.") too often (like dozens in two days), may it cause you getting banned from game (globally)?
So after going from a cell phone data link to a fiberoptic network, I no longer get this error message. I think it was my connection quality that caused the error message and it was intermittent. e.g. If there are good atmospheric conditions and the network wasn't overloaded at a cell tower, I had a sufficient connection.
