Currently, when joining a multiplayer server you will allways see role selection for the Blufor team. This is an issue in PvP gamemodes since a lot of new players don't know how to switch teams and just instantly select a role. Blufor is already known for being the noob team for always having the most new players in a team and the least amount of better players. I think you can even out the teams a lot better by randomizing the team you will first see the role selection for when joining a server or by making only every third player see a certain team.

For example when playing the End Game PvP gamemode on Feres layout you will always see the Opfor role selection first. Many times when the server has about 15 players playing, it will be something like a 12vs3 with Opfor having most players. But they would still lose often times due to not knowing how to play the game yet. This just proofs that newer players don't know how to select a team.

I won that game alone against 11 enemies because they were all new to the game.
