Ok so I'm server SG 2172, I can't even load in to my base. The house my base is built in is invisible!!
So I leave the area of my base the glitching seams to slow down but soon as there was a zombie the game freezes and guess what I'm dead again you know how long it took me to get the equipment I had!!!
This is the same problem all the time why haven't you fix this..... The year is 2021..... Get your game fixed or I'm going to start streaming my game play to show the world your shitty quality product.

I'll move your ticket over, but FYI noone will be able to do something about a "invisible house" if you don't provide the location of the house.
How should they fix it if they don't know where the problem they are supposed to fix even is.

Unfortunately, we do not reimburse any gear or characters that have been lost. However, could you please provide us with a video of the problem with the invisible building? The location would also help us a lot in testing the issue.
