Ever since 1.12 you can no longer pick up open barrels, which now means you are unable to use the barrel slots on M3S. This is extremely annoying as the whole point of the M3S is storage space.

Steps To Reproduce
Just try to use the barrels on M3S, or try opening them. You can't as there's no hitbox for them.

Player characters were never able to pick up open barrels unless there was a bug occurring that allowed for this to do so. Also the closed barrels can be placed into the M3S barrel slots without any issues.
Can you please describe what is the issue on your end in more detail?

Prior to 1.12 you could open the barrels in the M3S via the back, or you could pick up an open barrel and place it inside. Now you can no longer do that, and the barrel slots on M3S are completely useless because you can't put any loot in.
Wasn't the whole point of the M3S to move loot? What's the point of moving empty barrels if you can't even transport the loot from them without making 5 trips (painful because top speed)

The current implementation allows for transportation of larger quantity of barrels (into a base for example) and while we do understand that it would be ideal if the barrels could work as extra storage space in the vehicle, that is currently not possible due to the limitations and issues it could pose.
