Honestly, I find your way of treating cheaters terribly bad - your automatic system doesn't detect anything and there is basically no way to quickly report the problematic players, like it is done in Rust, for example. And then they just continue ruining hours and days of other players' game. Cheaters I met, for example, wiped all bases in a huge area of Cherno-Dubovo this night. And this is on one of the most populated vanilla servers. Given how hard it is to collect stuff on vanilla, this situation and your disregard of the problem just de-valuate the whole game.

Can you please post a link to the pinned Steam page? As that is most likely a dated post that should be removed.

Also pretty much everywhere in the internet if you google search "how to report a cheater in Dayz". All first options point to this forum, including the official Dayz twitter page.

Do something with this problem, because now there no even a clear explanation anywhere of what to do, if you met a cheater.
