So, whenever i try to launch my Arma 3 with or without mods it opens the loading screen and loads the bar about halfway until it says Loading Addons and then it freezes and says 'Arma 3 not responding'. This happened after i had to shut down my PC with Arma 3 still on cause i couldn't exit it and the screen was full on black.
