Just like the title says, the game stutters when moving the mouse around. It doesn't stutter at all when just moving around with the WASD keys, but as soon as I pan the camera with the mouse the game stutters. When I plug in a controller and pan the camera there's no stutters. Other games don't have this issue with my mouse.

Steps To Reproduce
Pan camera around with mouse and you'll see stutters. Pan camera around with controller or straff sideways with the A and D keys and there's no stutters.

Do you have mouse acceleration enabled by any chance? And can you try to disable any mouse specific software / driver to see if that has any effect on this?

Hello Geez, I can confirm this bug happening, I think it has to do with players nearby, everytime this happened to me I could see or hear players or even be killed by one. It's not a thing of FPS dropping it is just a stuttering.
