After being injured below full health it is possible to regain full stamina to pre injury levels. I have replicated this method two times and it has worked both times.

Steps To Reproduce
After taking damage:
- If there is a body nearby lay down next to the body.
- The on screen indicator gives the prompt to cut up the body.
- Cut up body.
When you stand up you will be back to pre injury stamina levels.
I have not tested this with animals bodies, only players.
