Hello support, I noticed a bug when climbing stairs and server disconnection.
He was climbing a ladder from a telecommunication tower (east of Lukow) on the Livonia map (official NY4856 server) when the server disconnected. When reconnecting, the avatar was not stuck to the stairs (which was where he was when the server was disconnected) and when rendering the map he appeared to fall and died.

When climbing the telecommunication tower ladder the server disconnected, when there was a reconnection the character already appears in the game falling. The correct thing would be to reconnect where he was, that is, going up the stairs.

The issue with characters falling off ladders when the server is restarted is known to us and it is scheduled for a fix.
