str_a3_cfgvehicles_land_hbarrierwall4_f0 and str_a3_cfgvehicles_land_hbarrier_01_wall_4_green_f0 are identical 3d models, the only difference is the color. However, their names are different, which makes it somewhat difficult to find them in the editor.

What we have now:
str_a3_cfgvehicles_land_hbarrierwall4_f0 >> Стена барьера (короткая)
str_a3_cfgvehicles_land_hbarrier_01_wall_4_green_f0 >> Заградительная стена (короткая, зеленая)

I think it is a good decision to choose one of the names as the main one. My suggestion:
For str_a3_cfgvehicles_land_hbarrierwall4_f0 >> Стена барьера (короткая)
For str_a3_cfgvehicles_land_hbarrier_01_wall_4_green_f0 >> Стена барьера (короткая, зеленая)
