This happened twice now when I had a gas mask on when logging out and when i logged back in my gas mask disappeared. Also happened when the server restarted.

The gas mask was equipped on my character. Yes, I had a full geared character.

I was wearing a military helmet and a NVG headstrap[no NVGs on it]
On a side note now that you mentioned this. I feel like it important to mention.
I just remembered when I found the gas mask it wasn't letting me equip it on my character unless i removed the NVG headstrap. Then I was able to equip the Gas Mask. Once the Gas Mask was equipped I put back on the NVG headstrap.
