Experimental 1.10.153507 - Hotbar / Quickbar amount number is not updated when stackable pieces are added into the inventory

Description

The Hotbar remaining pieces number isn't updated when more stackable objects are added into your gear.
I am unsure if this issue existed before version 1.10.
Notice in this image how the amount of Rags shown in the inventory and on the Quickbar does not match.

Steps To Reproduce

Have e.g. 3 Rags in the inventory and drag them onto a Hotbar slot
Drag 2 Rags from the ground onto 3 Rags inside your inventory
The Hotbar slot isn't updated

It appears opening & closing the inventory will sometimes refresh the Quickbar.
