When launching the game, no matter which launcher, the game will freeze during the loading. If i wait for a few seconds, i get "not responding" and i must stop proces from task manager.

Can you please try the following?:
Open the DayZ launcher
Select PARAMETERS menu
Select ALL PARAMETERS tab
scroll down and check "Bulldozer" parameter
Launch the game
Once launched, close the game
Uncheck bulldozer
Launch the game again without any parameters
