Hello! for some reason I am unable to play DayZ. It seems that there is a routing problem to the servers, but I am able to play with a VPN, ONLY with a VPN. My pings are fine. Any server I try to connect to works but a moment after spawning seems that I lag out without being able to interact with anything, which means that I basically have to re-connect, basically making me unable to play the game. I tried calling my ISP and they said I have zero issues with routing/network. I will add that I am having this problem strictly in DayZ, and that i've never had it before. I played DayZ last in 2018 and I tried playing the game again after 2 years without playing, but it seems that somebody really doesn't want me to play. I am trying on official and community servers, without mods at all. I've tried re-installing the game and restarting my router multiple times but with no luck, so I came here and ask for help.. maybe the devs know what im talking about.
Thank you.

Hey, just to clarify- i've tried playing with mobile hotspot connected to my computer using a USB cable and it seems that its working flawlessly. That confirms that the problem is with my internet, but I still have no clue on how to fix it.
Hello sleightush.
Would it be possible for you to try a different router from the one you are using currently? As some players have reported issues in the past that were tied to the routers they were using.

Hey, I can call my ISP and ask for a router replacement. I will update once I have done it,
Thank you!
Hey, I just recieved my new router today. The issue is fixed. I still don't understand what caused the issue in the old router, but thank you for suggesting this.
Have a great weekend,
sleight :)
Hello slightush.
We are glad to hear that the issue is now resolved! In that case I will set the ticket as Resolved, but feel free to submit another one in case you run into any issues with the game in the future.
