Hello DrDeSync.
We have been testing this issue but we could not find a police wreck with such texture. Is it possible that this occurs only sometimes on specific wrecks?

This occurs on the old model (Land_Wreck_Volha_Police). The new variants of the police wreck share the same texture that displays the decals on the vehicle with the old model. Said texture was updated to work with new models but as a result old model does not work properly with this texture.
