Steps To Reproduce
First of all, I want to apologize for my English, because I don't know it well. I bought steam key of DayZ on my account. I played on this account 30 min without any cheats and leave the game, when I decided to play again, I entered the game and saw Global Ban. I wrote to Battleye support but did not receive an answer. I decided to play and buy another account, because I really wanted to play, in the hope that I will receive an answer from Battleye and wait until my main account will be unbanned. After 40+-min gameplay I got Global ban. I decided that BE considers some process on my PC like cheats. So I completely reinstalled my windows. And bought new Dayz key in steam. I installed only Discord, Steam, DirectX, DayZ and Visual C++ on my PC. And after 1h gameplay I got Global Ban again. I have no cheats on my new windows. I dont know why I cant play. Please help me figure out this problem.

Global Bans are not being handed out by the game devs nor BattlEye, but Steam itself. Please contact the Steam support directly.

Hello again, I wrote to Steam support on your advice. The answer didn't console me: they asked me to tell the developers of the game (that is, you) that the blocking takes place inside a game they don't have access to. They also said that the lockdown occurred at the request of the game developer, not by Valve's anti-cheat system. Please reconsider my appeal once again and help me solve the problem. Thanks

It would be stupid of me to buy the game 3 times knowing that they would be banned in 30 minutes, much less reinstall windows. The situation is different: I get a ban almost immediately without any cheats, even on completely windows

Are you certain it is a global ban? As global bans are handled by Steam, and game bans are handled by the devs. Either way, if it is a game ban and not a global ban, then you will have to contact BattlEye as BE handles the game bans for DayZ completely.
