This is not a bug, the gas station is slightly different from the working ones and should not provide fuel (design choice). However, it has been noted that it may be confusing for the players and we might add more elements to make it more distinctive and make it look different from the working gas stations.

Yes it is. Was also just at the Widok gas station. I stood forever at the gas pump and had tried everything and now this bug report found by accident.
