I was playing prior to a server restart, and while I had a good amount of gear on me (backpack, a few guns, helmet), I had no issues sprinting. My sprint gauge was showing about half due to the weight I was carrying, but was functioning normally. Then the server restarted.

When I reconnected after the restart (so with the exact same gear), all of the sudden, my sprint gauge only shows a sliver available and I cannot sprint at all. The meter is not red to indicate that I am carrying too much, it just has a sliver of white and I cannot sprint.

So, since I was using the exact same gear before and after the restart, something is bugged. Either I should not have been able to sprint in the first place, or something that happened after the restart caused me to not be able to sprint.
