The white Suit Jacket texture appears to be missing from the model. When attempted to spawn the item in-game manually with dev tools, or located via loot-table (on ground) it does not have a texture. A modder friend of mine also attempted to locate the texture and was unable to find it in the game files.

To add: It only appears to be missing it's texture when it's used on the character. When the item is placed in a storage container, or placed on the ground it's texture remains intact.
