Local server not visible in Launcher tab LAN.

Description

When i start server with steamQueryPort=2306, server is not visible in LAN tab of launcher.

but when i start server without steamQueryPort definition, server start with default value 27016 and is visible in LAN tab and same when i start it with steamQueryPort=27016

it looks like problem, when i start server with lower steam query port numbers arount 2K, but above 20k is working.

There never has been a fix deployed for this so we still have this in our system as unresolved.

I just wasted 3 hours thinking this was fixed...
Will this be finally fixed in 1.23??
