Plate Carrier is currently pretty OP. I think plate carrier should be just an unarmored rig untill you put plates in it - ceramic ones (can block bigger bullets but are less durable) or steel ones (sniper rounds ignore this plates, assault rifles have some % to penetrate and it can block like 4 pistol bullets). Overall weight would be lower and you would need 2 plates - one for front, one for back. I think it would be pretty sick and if plates were rare it would fix ,,plate carrier fixing in combat". Also plates would need to be 4 kilos per one and rig like 1 and plates would need to have some kind of changing animation so it wasnt instant change of plates in combat.
