The tittle says all. In order to update the white bar that indicates battery charge you need to remove it from the NV Googles and put it back.

Steps To Reproduce
1 - put a battery on NV Googles
2 - turn on the NV (hold L)
3 - use the NV for a while and realize that the battery ammount indicator does not change.
4 - take off the battery and put it back to the NV. Now the ammount is updated, or...
4 (option) - use the NV until the battery is dead. Now the ammout is updated.
